The BRCS, Garfield Township and the City of Traverse City are happy to present this Award to
Noah Randall for his leadership in starting the process of getting the properties adjacent to the
Goodwill Inn clean and free of abandoned camping gear, litter and garbage.

It was Noah who took the lead and started cleaning up the properties without being asked or prompted
to do so by any one. His leadership was the catalyst that got the rest of us "off the mark" and who started us
devising ways to help him succeed.

We are proud to be able to recognize Noah's love for the environment and his leadership in this on-going effort
at the Goodwill Inn and along the Boardman River.
