Once again, I have received an award that belongs to you, our many dedicated volunteers. A few weeks ago,
I was invited to give a presentation to the Michigan Trout Unlimited Board of Directors at their quarterly
meeting. On Saturday I went to Clare to make the presentation.

At that meeting at Jay's Sporting Goods, I was awarded this plaque for our work. I wish to share it with all
of you, since without you, I would not have been able to do any of the things that we have achieved.

So, congratulations to all of YOU for working so hard to make our rivers so clean and for making me look so good.

Even though the presentation request was just a way to get me there, I made it anyway. I was not going to let them off that easily.

The Traverse City Adams Chapter of Trout Unlimited has been there to help us from the very first meeting in 2005
with advice, funding and grant support. We owe them far more than they owe us.
