Instructions For Minors

1. Have at least one parent sign the Waiver Of Liability Form

2. Wear shoes that tie - NOT flip-flops or thong sandals! Make sure they cover the top of your feet and have a thick sole.

Your shoes will get wet. Old tennis shoes work well for canoeing.

3. Wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt if the air is cool. Shorts and T-shirts are ok if it is warmer.

Cotton clothes are ok but nylon and polyester dry faster.

4. Bring sunscreen, water, a snack, a HAT, light work gloves and a change of clothes to leave in the car just in case you get wet unexpectedly.

5. Be on time and listen to your leaders and do what they say. Everyone's safety could depend on you.
