The BRCS has been chosen by the Northern Michigan Environmental Action Council organization to
receive the 2014 Environmentalist Of The Year - Golden Beaver Award.

It was presented to the BRCS at a dinner in Traverse City, MI. Unfortunateley, we were out of town
and missed the presentation.

The BRCS is honored to receive this award and feel that it belongs to ALL our loyal and dedicated
volunteers who work tirelessly to make our NW Michigan River the cleanest in the State.
