Pat Somers will lead the Picnic Crew.

The picnic will be held at the GTCD's Nature Center - 1.5 miles south of South Airport Rd at Sabin Dam just North of the TCAPS School Bus Garage. The address is 1450 Cass Road.

There will be 3 people on the picnic crew. Pat Somers, Jody Bennett and Bob Luoma will be the picnic crew. Others will help out when they get there. Some food will be left at Nature Center the day before the event. Coolers and veggie trays will be therein the fridge and will be there ready to go. There will be a real bathroom with flush toilets, running water and soap. Wash you hands!

Pat Somers will pick up the food at 11:00am from the SUBWAY on Cass Rd and S Airport Rd. that's inside the Marathon gas station. She/he will bring it to the Nature Center and, with the help of the others, set up for the picnic.

Bob Luoma will be in charge of T-shirts, Brenda Miller and Bob Follett will assit the others. People will arrive at different times for the picnic as they complete their tasks on the river. The raffle will be held at the end of the picnic.
